Being a total naturalist, I have thought and wrestled about  getting a breast lift and also an inner thigh-tighetening of the skin for some years already, as I have managed to loose 40 lbs in the last 6 years and keep it off -difficult at first but by now quite effortless. I feel quite proud! I have looked and looked for pictures and accounts of women who have had inner thigh lifts, as I am very interested in seeing what the scars can look like. I would hate for it to be obvious that I had surgery there! All the charm would go away, for sure. Unless the scars are really and actually hidden, as they say they are in the internet pages I have seen.  My legs are nice enough, but you know, loose on the upwards area. Any advice/help/suggestions? THANKS!
